In 1978, Bunny and Donny Spiegelman brought their Brooklyn flair to Boca Raton, opening Infinity on East Palmetto Park Road with a vision for high-fashion elegance. Bunny’s natural eye for style laid the foundation for a family-owned legacy, built on the dream that their daughter, Lori, would one day lead the business they so lovingly started. Their hope became a reality as the boutique blossomed into a cherished community staple, fueled by family devotion and a passion for fashion.
Lori Joins The Family Business
The story of Infinity Ladies Boutique found its newest chapter when Lori Spiegelman—now Lori Kaplan—stepped into the family legacy created by her parents, Bunny and Donny. More than just joining a business, Lori immersed herself in the soul of the boutique, mastering everything from the discerning eye of a buyer to the personal touch of a stylist.
With her parents' mentorship and her own fresh vision, Lori has helped transform Infinity into a premier destination. Mindy Grey Becomes Family
When Mindy Grey joined the Infinity team in 1987, she brought more than just a resume; she brought a transformative vision for what the boutique could become. While she stepped into the role of a buyer, she quickly evolved into a vital branch of the Spiegelman family tree.
Mindy’s contribution to Infinity is defined by a unique blend of professionalism and heart. Her expert eye for quality and fit has become Infinity’s gold standard, ensuring that every piece meets the high expectations of the women served. However, it is her boundless energy and passion that truly set her apart.

Lori And Mindy Take The Lead
Bunny & Donnie retired in 2001 and henceforth, Lori & Mindy became business partners keeping the original spirit of Infinity alive, realizing the tremendous growth in the West Boca – Delray area, they moved the store to their current location, 16850 Jog Rd. in the Addison Place Shoppes.
Jayme Jumps into the Family Business
The legacy of Infinity reached a vibrant new chapter when Lori’s daughter, Jayme, officially joined the team. Alongside Lori and Mindy, Jayme has infused the business with her signature modern flair and an impeccable eye for emerging trends. Her lovely energy and social influence have brought a fresh, contemporary pulse to the boutique, helping Infinity remain a premier destination for the women of South Florida. Together, they celebrated a remarkable 47-year legacy of style and connection that lasted through March of 2025.

Carolina, an accomplished contract attorney with over two decades of experience, oversees the curation of Infinity’s collections. Her expertise in procurement and distributor relations ensures that the boutique remains a destination for distinctive, high-quality pieces that balance practicality with effortless elegance. Working in close collaboration with Mindy and Lori, whose intimate knowledge of Infinity’s clientele remains the heartbeat of the store, Carolina ensures every selection resonates with the modern woman.
